Payment Methods & Prices
We currently use Google Checkout for payment processing, so any method they allow is accepted. All prices are in US Dollars ($) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the USA will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
Shipping & Handling
Orders for in-stock items placed on a weekday are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. However, an order for an in-stock item may take as long as 7-10 business days to process.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes via UPS. Also, if you want to ship to a military address, we recommend using APO Box Shipping.
Orders shipping within Europe are handled by our European division; please visit SolarArcadia.eu to place your order.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your shopping cart, your location and the shipping method selected.
UPS Domestic (United States)
Please note: All taxes, customer fees, import taxes, duties, levis and any other additional fees imposed by foreign governments are the responsibility of the recipient. Solar Arcadia assumes no responsibility for these fees.
Sales tax: A 9.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to a California address.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
All products supplied are covered by a 30 day guarantee. If for any reason the product is not to your satisfaction, please contact us for a Return Authorization & instructions within 30 days from the date the order was received. All products must be in resalable condition. No exceptions.
